The Heritage Forest Homeowners Association would like to provide information to residents about proper fence construction in the community.  Please review the Architectural Regulations and this fence construction diagram to help you fill out an Architectural Modification Form and get your fence constructed correctly.

Recently Architectural Inspections were conducted throughout the whole community.  These inspections are conducted annually to determine compliance with the rules set forth in the Bylaws governing our community.  The inspections are also necessary to help maintain our home values and the overall appearance of the neighborhood.
